- Jewelry, express or regular, normally ships within 2 - 6 business days from receipt of order,
depending on the item. BE SURE TO ALLOW ADDITIONAL DELIVERY
TIME WHICH CAN BE 2 - 4 post office SERVICE DAYS, DEPENDING ON YOUR AREA***. ***If
there is an item waiting on re-stock to arrive, shipping could
take longer. We send a separate email with a shipment and/or tracking

Costume Jewelry - no restocking fee. 10 day return/exchange policy applies to new,
unworn, undamaged, unaltered jewelry. As mentioned above, Bargain
Basement, non USA shipments, opened jigsaw puzzles and wholesale purchases are
NOT returnable or exchangeable.
If the jewelry doesn't match
OR if you just don't like it, no problem, we understand. Simply
send us an emaiL
to receive a return authorization and return the
jewelry within 10 days from delivery date. We will issue a refund
OR store credit based upon the following:
Send new, unworn, undamaged,
unaltered jewelry back in original packaging. Package
it carefully for return.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We do not issue

received. Orders are subject to available stock at the time we fill an
order. Items may be sold out by the time we process your order. If
so a credit/refund to your credit card will be processed.
